Hi, I'm graduating in August from a non-target with a 3.3 GPA with basically no experience. I don't have any offers and I have started to give up. Does anyone have any last advice?

Apply to as many places as you can and network with as many people as you can. Also try to get a virtual internship over the next month.
If you’re graduating in August as in next month... with a 3.3 from a non-target I would say that an IB internship is very unlikely. While I don’t recommend giving up completely, I would say look at different career options as a safety net. With everything going on (COVID), your top priority should be getting A job. You can always find your way back to IB eventually somehow, now might not be the time. Best of luck!
I would suggest finding anything finance related. as others have mentioned, you’re not going to be pulling a hat trick and getting a IB position unless something else magical happens as you don’t have a high GPA, no experience, and not a target/OCR.
I would suggest looking for roles online and networking with those people to secure a job over the next few months/year. It’s a crazy world right now, and your concern should just be getting a job. Secure a position and then start networking for IB.
