How do you go into a negotiation?

How do you start the negotiate process with companies? I have an offer from B but it’s way below company A, but I know company A can pay a bit more and I also know that I have a ton of opportunities that haven’t played out. Can I say something like, I’m incredibly interested in company A and although I have an offer and a few processes in the background I truly believe after speaking to some of the desk that A would be the best place for me. if you are able to offer $X more, I’d be able to sign immediately and withdraw my candidacy from any other processes I am a part of. Not really sure how to do this.

also If they ask for an offer letter I don’t see how this would benefit my negotiation stance at all unless it’s higher and even then I just shared confidential information.

Seem like A is better then? Also why not let the opportunities play out?

Say if you have some other offers and you're wondering if you can do any better. They'll probably say no or give you a nominal amount more
