How Important is Actual Application vs Resume
Does what you fill out on the Workday/Company Job Posting actually matter? Or do the people screening applications simply just look at your resume when looking at applications.

I suspect a lot of it goes through whatever automated process they have to screen through resumes. Afterwards, I'm sure that the workday information is consolidated through the system and is viewed by the hiring manager after your resume pings back a positive inclination towards advancing through the interview process. In short, it's probably best to give 100% on both fronts, if nothing else as a way to hedge your bets.
Hi! Employers look at both the workday and the resume. They may look at what you have filled out after looking at your resume if they want to employ you. I would also advice that you write a cover letter or a few lines about you/why you want the job. This way it will set you apart from all the rest. Good luck with the job hunting :)
