I just wanted to get a sense of what the job market is like, in particular for full-time banking and research roles. What are you seeing right now for those involved or currently recruiting?
I get the sense that M&A is picking up as businesses are preparing for a lower rate environment but it hasn’t quite translated to the job market. I’m also recruiting but having no luck though I understand how challenging it is in general / with my background.

Biotech is usually a leader in cycles and that seems to be starting to pick up. Everything else will lag that.
Otherwise it sucks right now.
