It’s dependent on location, program, availability, formality, recruiter, firm, etc.. Too many factors. When I interned at a regional boutique it took me less than one day to go through everything, while when I recruited for SA it took 2 weeks to get the contract. So there’s no clear answer to your question.

HR at your new shop is dealing with a lot more than on-boarding a junior hire right now. I don't really think anyone here can give you more specific guidance than check in once in a (non-annoying) while.
