How long does it take you guys to craft 1 cold email

I'm at a loss. I've started networking for some post banking roles and I basically discovered I'm really inefficient. I was sending out cold emails, and looking at the time stamps of the emails I sent, I was sending out one cold email basically every 10 minutes. I spent 4.5 hours on sending a measly 25 emails! That seems incredibly inefficient.

This is what my workflow was like: (1) find relevant person to contact on LinkedIn & ensure I haven't contacted someone on their immediate team recently, (2) craft cold email or copy-paste one that is still relevant/make changes, (3) send email, (4) add their name/firm etc to my networking spreadsheet, (5) repeat.

What am I doing wrong? What is your workflow when networking and how can I streamline this? Incoming analysts for this summer & next summer feel free to chime in, since I imagine a lot of you guys were in "cold email networking mode" recently and may have suggestions on how you were able to be efficient. Thank you.
