How long to hear back after final round interviews?

I was wondering how long I should expect to hear back after a final round interview for an analyst position? For context, it's a medium-sized (several hundred) large developer, and I interviewed all across seniority levels back 2 weeks ago (some which had to be pushed out due to scheduling conflicts), and it's been radio silence since then. Was thinking of just cutting losses and moving on but was just curious about anyone's experiences in today's hiring market.

Recent grad still looking, based on my experience, I've been cut everytime if I don't hear back within a week. Also hiring process has taken a minimum 6 weeks it feels like, so always tough to go through the whole thing to be just cut.

Gotcha, was just curious. Final interviews were staggered a week or two apart due to scheduling conflicts so I was just wondering if anyone's ever gotten an offer after waiting for a while.

Gotcha, thanks for the insight. Firms I've been interviewing with have either been fast (they reach out within a week to schedule next rounds) or very slow (2 to 4 weeks before next rounds). Been reaching out and everyone has different timelines and advice so just wanted to see if anyone has seen anything different.
