how much bonus back office position can earn?

I got a job offer in the back office doing something related to data mining to build a bridge between the technology and research division. The base salary is $90,000, though I am a fresh PhD. Usually, how much bonus back office position can get in terms of percentage of the base salary?

Many thanks!

Back office bonuses are 5-15K across Wall Street, from what I've heard. I'd expect something in that range. You've done nothing to contribute to the firm's "great year" why would you get an outsized comp package as a result of it?

Not being a dick, but thats the bottom line. A back office monkey's fat bonus comes at the expense of a front office money's fat bonus. Great year would equate to a FO person getting say 1.5x their baseline bonus, perhaps that same multiple gets applied to your 7-10k bonus. That would be my assumption.

Are you getting paid overtime? How are your hours?
