Hi all, I am currently still with the same company I came out of undergrad with ( a little over a year ago) but want to make a move. I am working in back office finance at a bank but want to make a transition to the corporate banking/more client focused side of things. From conversations, it seems like the best route to take without ruffling feathers is to make the move externally. I wanted to get a pulse on what opinions are on moving to different roles early in ones career and also moving around companies early in ones career.
