How to answer a behavioral question you've never encountered / practiced before ?
I got asked "Tell me about a time when you had to analyze information from multiple sources in order to make a decision. Please describe the situation and the steps you took to reach a conclusion." in an hirevue today.
I honestly never encountered a situation like this, so how am I supposed to answer this effectively? + the many other behavioral questions outside of common ones (teamwork, weakness / strength, failure, feedback, etc)
Thanks
