How to break into commercial banking?

I am a senior graduating spring 2025 at a well recognized business school not studying finance with a subpar GPA. I have internship experience in wealth management and working a with a commercial bank as a consulting intern. However I am interested in the sales side of commercial banking and want to work my way up to a relationship manager position how can I break into the industry(are all the major banks closed for 2025 full time?). Any advice?
