How to break into Equity Research from Prop Trader?

Hi there! I currently work as a prop trader and still seeking my trading system. So I want to find some ER position which can bring me stable cash flow.

As you may seen, I am not a native in US. So my communication might be a flaw in my resume. Also here!!

I had one year experience in ER in my country. But that was three years ago.

I had experience in Forex and equity so I followed the market very often and understand most of reactions in market.

Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks a lot

Are you eligible for any graduate programs or internships? (sorry I haven't looked into your background / prior posts) If so then you should pursue these. Next point of call would be through networking. Do you know people who could introduce you to other people already in the industry? If so then you should start contacting people.

I'm sorry I can't be of much help on that as I'm not familiar with the particular market you'd be applying for. I would recommend you to look into all the graduate or internship programs from investment banks on the one side and boutique research houses on the other, and everything in between. This requires some time spent digging around on your part. If you know anyone in equity research perhaps they could introduce you to more people.
