How to maximize my comp?

1.5 year of IB analyst experience and now 1.5 years of strategic finance experience. I was initially satisfied with my strategic finance comp but after a while feeling very stagnant now in progression on the corporate side compared to seeing my analyst peers continuing to double their comp. I assume I'll be fairly stuck in the current range (~$140k) in the corporate world - if I am focused on increasing my comp, would the best option be to go to business school? Are there any other job moves that can get me to $200k+ with faster progression? Definitely willing to work harder than in my current corporate setting to do so.

Probably something you know already, but early years of banking have very stacked comp progression. You could do B-School but would ultimately have to consider going back to banking / PE

Comp in the corporate world until the higher levels will be fairly long tail as a chunk of "TC" is equity or options.

Also am told SWE is paradise, so that's also an option :) Jk.

Ah yes CS bootcamp here I come ;)

Yeah was wondering if there was any other roles in finance that could get me there not necessarily at the right tail comp of IB but better upward mobility than corporate and whether that would require an MBA. Was hoping to avoid becoming the MBA associate that I would always meme as an analyst.
