How to send a networking email?
Hey all, so I was at a networking event for corporate banking.
I indicated that I was a junior looking for an internship and she stated that she can put me into contact with some other recruiters and to email her.
Since I am a novice at this, what should I write in an email to her and when should I send it?
I see that on a Yale article that sending it the day after would get it clustered with other emails and to wait a day or two.
The sooner the better. You don’t want her to forget you/your conversation.
Also, I would try to mention something specific about your conversation so it serves as a refresher to the person but also demonstrates genuine interest.
