How to support non-target undergrads for SA recruiting?
Hi everyone – currently a second year analyst at a BB. My bank doesn't really do undergrad referrals except for full time, but I'm getting bombarded with emails from my non-target school from interested undergrads. Does anyone have any ideas or guidance on how to best help SA recruiting for undergrads that stand out in this scenario / make sure that both mine and their time are being used productively?
