HY Capital Markets lateral to coverage/exit?
Incoming first year analyst at a lower tier BB HY Debt Cap Mkts. Wonder how likely it is for me to lateral to a mid - low tier BB for a coverage role (ik it depends on the job mkts) after 1 year.
Also wondering what are the exit opportunities for HY debt cap mkts overall? Understand that it is limited, but do seen people went to credit investing roles at AM firms, some HF but little, know some people who went to research as well.
Is grad school another option?
