I am in need of Major Advise: Do not know where to start!!!

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and I need help on starting my career. I am currently from a non-target school. Age 24, still working on my Bachelor degree as of this time. I have 5 years of experience in the finance industry, with 1 and a half at Chase as a banker, and the other 3 and a half as an insurance agent. My end goal is to become a financial adviser before, however, that has changed. Long term goal: I am looking at Asset management and wanting to get CFA certification and eventually working at a hedge fund ( very broad, I know.)

I am overwhelmed by the amount of information out there and I do not know where to start with my career due to my age. I always been interested by equity trading and asset management, however, since 19, my career path has been solely dedicated towards becoming an FA.

If anyone has similar experience, please tell me how to kickstart my career.

Thank you for all your time and help!
