I started a non-profit organization (registered). Do I need to disclose this in a background check?
I just received a new job offer and I am unsure if I need to disclose this as part of my background check and if it is considered "employment." Would they be able to locate this somehow in my personal records, and if so, does it matter? It's my own organization (only involving me and my family) and we haven't even been active in the past year.
