IB Intern to CorpDev Intern?

Hi, as the title suggests, I'm considering if transitioning from IB internship to CorpDev is a good decision. I had my IB internship last summer when I was a rising junior. For context, I am in emerging market where the BBs are only coverage so most of the deal flows go to local IBs which I would say not the hardest to break into.

I just got an internship offer from a Series B startup for a CorpDev role. I am kinda interested for the role since I want to learn some operating skills and my end goal is to get out of the corporate world to build my own business. Thing is, I am still hunting for some IB/VC/PE roles and I need to confirm if I am taking the CorpDev offer. Is it gonna be a good decision to take the offer?
