IB LGBT Recruiting?

Incoming sophomore at a target, will likely be recruiting this year for junior summer IB. Am wondering if anyone has an updated list of diversity programs or any general advice for LGBT diversity recruiting. I haven't looked too much into it, but I know that most of the BB's have pride summits or whatever around January which may help with recruiting. Besides this, I know that PJT has a pride summit as well. It seems to be the only EB which has a diversity program for LGBT. All of these programs aren't open yet though. So far, I have applied to the available sophomore programs which ask for "lgbt, women, or race diversity" but haven't bothered networking because as I've seen it, these seem to be pretty much fully African American / Latinx / Native American students, and I don't want to exhaust my school's network at any of the top banks.

Thoughts and advice from any students who just went through recruiting as LGBT?

hi - i'm a student from a target who also just went through lgbt+ recruiting!

for the bbsjpm, ms, citi, and gs have early recruiting programs exclusively for lgbt+, while barclays, bank of america, deutsche bank, and ubs have programs for diversity applicants, which includes lgbt+ - the programs from the latter group of banks are harder to getting an invite for because for some you can't even flag that you're lgbt+ on your application.

for the ebs, evercore and pjt have lgbt+ events. moelis and pwp have lgbt+ analysts who would vouch for you, but you need to connect with them either through o4u, or just cold emailing. don't know about lazard and greenhill etc (likely not)

in terms of which early program guarantees superday/first round, all of them do, barring events organized by the the ebs and gs

feel free to pm me if you want to talk further!
