If a recruiter messages you; asking if you are interested in a job, does that mean you already got the job? (If you say Yes)
If a recruiter randomly reaches out to you and asks you; are you interested in working for ABC company for $XXX pay? Does that mean that you already got the job if you say Yes and you skip the line of the 500 other job applicants for that role? And you can also skip the 5 rounds of interviews?
No
Generally, no. Recruiters have to manage reputation like everybody else and presenting candidates keeps them top of mind with their clients. They are constantly trying to get exclusive listings on positions and having steady "lookers" for them to parade to the hiring company helps them with that.
You get to skip to the front when you get a call from the company directly and it is preceded by a call/text from a trusted intermediary who's already vouched for you. Note that's skip to the front... not bypass interview and hiring process.
Any firm that is going to offer you a position sight unseen through a rando intermediary is just shotgunning and you don't wanna work there.
