IFC Investment Analyst Program
Hi,
Has someone here gone through the IFC's Investment Analyst Program? I've found other threads asking about it without much info though. I'm extremely interested by development finance and the role this institutions do. A couple of years ago I was called for an interview at the IFC but now that I've applied again I'd like to know from someone inside how is the process structured. As the website says, they put shortlisted candidates on a database and managers select from there; however there's no way for a candidate to find out if you're shortlisted on a Program (I've asked someone from HR on LinkedIn). How many Analysts do they take per year? Selection criteria? Timeframe from application to interview? It kind of puzzles me that I was called 2 years ago and now I don't seem to progress to interview stage.
