I'm cooked even tho im DEI wtf happened

I'm a DEI male from a non target. I got into almost every single diversity program I applied to and even the ones I heard were competitive processes.

When I got GS Insight program and SEO, I genuinely thought I was set for life. It's late feb right now and I had sub 5 interview processes and zero superdays.

All my friends told me if I got into all those diversity programs, I could get any offer I wanted.

What did i do wrong? I have a lot of regret and wish I didnt vote for trump.

You should regret hanging out with whoever indoctrinated you to think you deserve a free pass which in turn led you to be unprepared. IB interviews aren’t like setting up a daycare in Minnesota, they are going to check your shit before letting you set up shop. You have plenty of time to recover, don’t get too down but make changes. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is probably bait, as its the ELS program for GS, not insights and just in general seems to be what someone would write to make a bad faith take around DEI
