Inaugural Post and Seeking advice: Graduating in 2026 with DBA: Finance.

Hello everyone,

I’ve had one foot in, one foot out with WSO so I decided to join because it can’t hurt to seek advice from people who know more than I do about this industry we are all so fond of lol. So it’s cool to meet all of you.

Further, I was looking for advice on something that could potentially be life altering if it is constructed correctly. I’m graduating with a DBA in finance in 2026 and I wanted to know what avenues should I be considering right now rather than waiting until I’m done with school.

(Further context)

I work for a relatively large regional bank on the consumer/client facing side, so mostly sales. I’ve been here 1 year + 2 months and have brought in/retained 1.3mm over the year.

*Any advice is welcome pertaining to this info I have an idea of where I want to go but I’d be ignorant to think it’s gonna go how I think it will.

Please know you have my utmost thanks to anyone who replies and again

Whats up everyone happy to be here🐒 😉
