Internship Applications (Rigged )
I'll keep this short. I was able to get in contact with some recruiters at local branches for a large banking firm. I found out that companies (only this one in particular) post internship jobs on their career page mentioning they are looking for someone to hire but in reality, they have no intention of choosing an applicant. They had predetermined people but just needed to make a posting online as part of company policy. Why am I not surprised
