I just googled international finance internships and the first thing that came up was goabroad. It looks like the site reviews lots of different finance internship programs. The second one that came up was the intern group. They look like a provider.
I was a non-EU master student in Switzerland... I would suggest that you should apply for a position in the country you are currently studying... work permit is the main problem... Anyway, it might be quite difficult to get a work permit if your university doesn't help. Lastly, keep applying... I was looking for the internship in Switzerland in 2012... in the middle of EU debt crisis... what I did is just keep applying... I sent more than 60-70 applications and finally, got a job in Switzerland :)
