Interview for FT Analyst Position... What can I Expect?
Wrapped up my SA stint a few weeks ago (FWIW received a return offer). I have an interview coming up for a full-time 2025 Analyst position at another bank. Was curious if anyone had insight as to what I can expect in this interview.
Are these full-time interviews similar to SA recruiting I did in my Soph year of college? Should I be expecting more of a conversation? More behavioral focused? Still technical heavy? etc.
