Interviewed a month ago, still getting non-update emails

Good afternoon, I had my super day for a junior analyst role at a CRA a little over a month ago. I felt like the interview went pretty well and I hit it off with both interviewers well, but especially well with the first. Sent follow up thank you's to both as well as to the recruiters. However, it has been almost a month now with no progress. I am receiving emails from them on a weekly basis now basically saying that they have no updates and to be patient, but a month seems like a long time after the in person interview.

Am I pretty much getting rejected or is the HR process that slow? Thanks!
