Interviewed, turned down and now invited again for another interview

Interview with Guidepoint Global tomorrow and I'm really not sure what to expect. Does anyone have any intimate knowledge of the firm? This would be my 2nd interview. First one went well but they turned me down. Shortly, after they got back to me and wanted to interview me again hence not sure what to expect.

Anyone have any idea how to tackle a situation like this? I really need this job.

NO, they didnt mention it and at the time because I had another opportunity lingering, I decided not to push it. That fell through due to budget issues so thankful for this opp again.

Perhaps this isn't something that happens often, and you should consider not mentioning the name of the firm in your post? IMHO.
