Interviewing Students with High School Internships
I was interviewing students and came across resumes that listed boatloads of headings under the "Experience" tab, and looking at the dates, I realized that some of these guys have multiple internships all the way back from when they were in high school. Ie the kid from Qatar who interned with three of the Big Four accountants when he was 15 and 16, or someone who supposedly did Morgan Stanley before they even took the SATs. Do you mostly discount them, or treat them as "real" experience?
