wtf are different interns getting different offers? are u junior or sophomore SA? my sophomore SA at bofa is $21/hr $31 OT so maybe that explains it
Wells Fargo IB summer analysts get paid $40/hr and $60/hr overtime. This is for their NYC, Charlotte, and SF offices. Also a relocation check of $1,400.
How many hours overtime is expected at Wells? Generally?
Like all other banks, it’s pretty group dependent. Lighter groups are probably around 60hrs. Groups with better deal flow around 80hrs. Close to analyst hours.
