Sent out ~3000 emails total since around early Jan. Struck out on the few processes I had and I'm now trying to get my foot in the door at the remaining banks that are still running. It's tough when your target has a 1% alumni response rate lol

The issue is most likely that you sound autistic in your cold email and no one wants to talk to you. This is only proved by the fact that you have sent "3000 emails" without even considering this possibility.

I'd say for the most part yea, but you never know man. All it takes is 1, but you're just gonna have much worse luck now than before.

I'm not trying to be rude here but are there even 3000 junior bankers in the US? or even 1500 if you emailed 2x? what were your emails like? if youre sending out that many emails either youre an efficiency beast or theyre not personalized at all, which also makes your response rate basically 0
