Is Evening a good time to suggest?
is it rude/ bad to do to suggest, in an intiial cold email, the evening as a call time with investment bankers or should I just keep to morning and afternoon? I ask as, aren’t they busy with work in the morning and afternoon?
Offer up times in the evening but do not make it your only times.
Yeah, I wan gonna offer anytime Wednesday evening/ afternoon, Thursday evening, and Friday afternoon. I assume that’s fine.
Never suggest a time in your initial cold email, always say something along the lines of “I’d be happy to speak at a time that works for you”.
You may be coming across as entitled and their schedules are very dynamic so there is never a consistent block of “not busy” time for them.
