Is it better to have notes about the firm/individual you are meeting with typed or written?

Was fortunate enough to have a SVP at firm of interest arrange an informational interview. I of course want to have notes about their career profile in front of me so they can see that I have done the research, etc. but I am curious...is it likely better to have these details outlining their profile, former deals, clients, etc. typed out or handwritten? I feel like typed out is cleaner, more prepared (and one could argue the act of printing out and making little footnotes shows more time/care into preparation than handwritten). However, handwritten also has a charming look of extra attention to detail or sort of like, written notes and footnotes and highlights can make those notes look even more datatic. I feel like you could subconsciously visualize someone with the handwritten map as 'hunched over their desk at night' etc. kind of polish to it. Anyway, could someone give me their opinion, or tell me if there is already a common consensus? Every Google search I plug out churns back 'typed vs. handwritten thank you notes' no matter how I phrase my question.

Additionally, this is NOT a formal job interview so having notes on the person/firm I am meeting I believe is acceptable. I was even told that by another SVP years ago when he spoke of approaching these type of informational interviews.
