Is it fair to ask for a similar salary of Bulge Bracket Investment Banking Division analysts if you applied to other entry level roles/companies/industries?

First year analysts at BB investment banks make around $200k.

If you have similar stats as those new hires at BB investment banking analysts like Top Schools/High GPA. Is it fair to ask during a job interview at other companies like entry level at Fortune 500s for a $200k starting package?

Some recruiter tried to lie to me and said that NO ONE makes $100k+ their first year out of college. I was trying to be humble and restrained myself from telling him to google how much first year 22-year old IB analysts at Goldman Sachs makes.
