Is Parabolic USA career coaching and staffing legit ??
Hello guys, I’m posting this again at the right forum. Just wanted to to know if anyone has any info/experience with Parabolic. I’m considering subscribing to their premium service. I’m an international non target trying to break into the industry. Their website said it started in 2021 and they can get one a job in IB/AM for $8k with a 6 months job guarantee after which if they don’t get you a job they refund you. Please guide. Will appreciate if you know any other legit agency too. Thanks
I used Parabolic to move from BB ER to a $2.5bn single manager HF. It took about 3 months and several rounds of interviews at like 10 places but they were getting me phone screens and first rounds. I didn't really need help with behaviorals or technicals but having a coach live while I was doing my case study was super helpful. I think it was worth it for me.You can apply to jobs your self and learn most of the technical guides and behaviorals for free but it's nice to have them all in one place. I probably could have done the vase study on my own as well but it was reassuring to have someone with more experience there with me as a back up. Can't say enough good things about the coaches, I will say that the sales people are a bit pushy though which was a turn off.
I really enjoyed their service as well. I was able to work with Investment Banking and PE Associates and VPs to help me break into Investment Banking. If you do the service, make sure to request Eddy or Josh, both are amazing.
They significantly streamlined the process and saved me a lot of time. As an international student, I am very grateful for all the help and support
@papee did you end up signing up with them? I am considering them right now but they don't look like a legit business, plus they started only 2 years ago!
Still yet to decide. Got one good review and one bad one. Will decide this weekend.
Don’t they take a portion of your income for a certain amount of time if you get a job? That’s what would bother me
