Is there any growth opportunity here?

Long story short: I am a recent grad with good finance internship experience.

I read the post about state street and how it should be avoided at all costs but I still want to know about this position. Eventually I want to move onto the FO but is this a dead end or is there hope to move on?

Thanks in advance!
