Is This an Interview or a Networking Call?

Cold emailed an Alum that's an MD at a BB - his assistant got back to me scheduling a "20 minute zoom interview" (Her words not mine).
Obviously this is not a legit first round interview for the bank but I am still curious how I should be treating this - Dress nice and be prepared to answer more specific question (and maybe even technicals?)
Or do you think I'll still be the one asking the most of the questions like a more typical networking call? Anyone had experience with this? Thanks for the help.

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Always hit or miss with these as to whether it will be chill or not - but given he’s an MD you should 100% dress well and present yourself as best you can. This can/will make or break your candidacy at this firm.
