Is this career suicide?

I want to do FO at a MM bank and it's the top bank in the area. The problem is, there's some kids from college. 4 are in back office and 1 is in FO. I don't have a good relationship with any of them and they might make my day hell. What should I do?

4 are in BO and you're going for an FO role so doubt you'll interact with those guys much anyways. And just 1 guy you don't get along with isn't going to matter much in a larger enough office. That said, culture is important and if you feel that those 5 guys are probably indicative of the overall culture of the office, then maybe reconsider this opportunity.
