If you're doing corporate finance as in FP&A or similar, I would go with the VC offer. Don't worry about the pay. As a freshman getting these offers that's already impressive on its own.
At this stage at least, I'd focus on your experience and building the best resume possible. VC sounds like a better gig than the CF gig, however you're still in a good position if you don't get the VC offer and end up accepting the CF position.

Answer hinges on what the VC arm of SVB does. Is it VC, venture debt, something else?
Don't discount the brand name of a large tech company on your resume.
