Job is making me a little depress

I am 25 and feel like my life and career are sinking. I just want to vent how I feel and would appreciated any tips. Not sure if its because I am in operations but I am super depressed about my job situation and do not know what to do. I started doing due diligence for a BB through a consulting firm and loved the experience so I stayed in ops. After I continued in regulatory ops at middle boutique and what I did not like was the stress. I love to analyze, reconcile, find issues and like working fixing them. I am now at a different boutique investment bank and they are a mess. I had a feeling at my interview but since I worked mostly for consulting groups I took that job as it was full time and paying 80K. I feel like everyday there is a problem due to the systems being old, the bank being old school, lack of people working on things all of these factors make super overwhelmed and stressed out at work. Outside of work I find myself way too tired or drained to do anything else. I think about about expanding my excel skills to be able to find another job. Since I do enjoy the investigative process I am thinking maybe an audit/compliance role could be good. If anyone has any tips or ideas of what tools should I get, I appreciate it

I did love the first job with the BB. It felt like i had stumbled in the industry and the people there and the whole idea of career became like a dream I did not know I have. Now I am like sitting at my job and sometimes I get in my head and ask myself why am I even doing this and when the answer is for these sales, FO guys to make money is the answer, I fall into depression again.

I agree 100% completely. If you really like your previous positions and then moved to another bank, you should think it over and reflect on that. I would rather work a job with people who I truly like with a lower salary than working in a negative environment where some people who form"cliques" with a higher salary.
