Job Opportunities

I'm currently working at a small systematic fund in the Baltimore area as a data analyst. My boss told me that by the emd of next year I should move on to a bigger firm because with the level of experience I do/will have there isn't an opportunity for me to progress here. I'm trying to identify job opportunities or even just firms in the NOVA, DC, Baltimore area but haven't had much luck. Anyone know of firms in the area, preferably smaller or less corporate than something like T Rowe?

Open to rolls in fundamental or quant firms.
