Job Search Advice: Recent Graduate

Hello everyone,

I recently graduated with a BS in Mathematics/Economics with a concentration in Applied Analytics from a top California school. Looking to get a position in quantitative research, AM & ER, and risk management. My most relevant internship was during my junior year. I worked for a large MM developing business intelligence tools for FX liquidity management and algorithmic trading performance.

I have been recruiting for the last 4 months or so, applying to many types of financial firms. I have had 8 interview processes with no luck in securing an offer. At this point in time, do you guys have any suggestions for me in terms of the job search? What would you recommend in terms of projects or resume adjustments to secure an offer in the spaces listed above?

Thanks,
