Jobs in Gardening Or Business

I'll cut right to the chase. I am veryyyy passionate about gardening and plantation but do not know how do I turn this into a full time job or a business. I'm more of a business person but I want some suggestions on how I'll make it work and how I'll get employees and how I should get my business idea reviewed or review it myself?

Any help would be apprecaited!

It's simple. Don't start your own business, just become a partner with one or a few other people, and then you can share the responsibilities that business owners have, while still being able to keep your other job in finance. 2x the cash that way.
