JP Morgan Chase Leadership Development Program SA

Does anyone have any experience regarding the Chase Leadership Development Program SA position? I haven't been able to see much about it online in terms of how the experience is regarded in FT recruitment or just in general. If anybody can speak on it, I would appreciate hearing what you have to say.
