JPMorgan Corporate Analyst Development Program
Has anyone here participated or have any knowledge of the JPM Corporate Analyst Development Program? Is starting salary for analysts normally below $50K?
I thought that program was around 60k.
Emous, some of the salaries posted in glassdoor were around 49K-52K. I was just curious where you got your 60K number. Thanks.
They recruit for that at my school
I think it depends by location. But from what I see on Glassdoor it's around $55K base with a bonus

New York, this is the first round for full-time. Any information or advice?
I just interviewed the first round. Lots of behavioral questions. And good amount of technical questions. Make sure that you know your accounting.
What type of technical/accounting questions?

My one buddy accepted. He's going to be in Delaware.

I'll be in the Delaware location - Start July '13.
i got accepted to the CADP in Delaware last fall.
When were you guys placed geographically? Did you have the option to choose?
whats the pay like? 70k + 10k signing?
these programs pay 55k + 3k w/ overtime

Recently completed CADP summer program. Work hours are typically 8:30-5, normal bank hours. You are overtime eligible, but managers will rarely assign more work than 40 hours/week. Work environment depends on your team and manager. My team was great, very relaxed environment as long as you were making progress on your projects. It's pretty hard to screw up. Full time compensation is 55k, but after signing bonus and performance based bonuses at year end, you're looking at full compensation to be low/mid $60's.

Yes it is considered BO / MO. Corp Dev. at a bank does not generate revenue. I know people on a personal level that transitioned from this program into a front office role within 6 months after starting FT.

My CADP position is for next year summer in Korea. I received the recorded video interview which was due Oct 20. The thing that threw me off was that I sent my application a few weeks before the deadline and I got the video invitation around 4 business days, not even close to the deadline. Anyways, does anyone know how long it takes to hear from them? Or has anyone already heard from them? This wait is killing me. Also if anyone knows about this process and would like to comment, that'd be greatly appreciated! Do they also tell you if you didn't make it? My friend also received the video interview for a different position a few months back but he told me they let him know that he didn't make it so I am wondering if thats the case for every position.
