Keeping In Touch After Offer?

Is it common etiquette to keep in touch with most people you interviewed with after you sign your offer? If so, how often/what kind of messages did you send? Bit uncomfortable with ghosting people for 2 years ish post acceptance, but don’t know what the etiquette around this is.

Let the firm set the cadence, though I am sure you reaching out can only help. At the very least it shows you are proactive. I've heard very different things from different people in terms of contact with the firm they are joining before starting. Some, especially those going to firms with larger class sizes, basically went the full two years without any contact. On the flip side, there are people who had dinners, coffees, events, etc. with the team they're joining. Think a lot of it comes down to associate class size and how much a firm wants its associates to actually get promoted (the two extremes being the funds that promote everyone decent and the ones that promote almost no one).
