Late interest in IB from non-target, too late to land Elite Boutique full-time?

I am entering my 5th year of undergrad at a non-target state school and will be graduating with degrees in finance and applied mathematics as well as a computer science minor. My GPA isn't stellar (3.45) on account of early collegiate shenanigans and immaturity. Last summer, I interned in commercial insurance at one of the largest financial institutions in the US, hated insurance, and decided I would try my hand at IB. I am now finishing up an internship in Lower MM M&A and truly love the work. As full-time recruiting rolls into effect, I am wondering whether I should apply straight for FT at EBs or apply for SA positions for post graduation. Is it even a possibility/worth it for me to apply to SA positions at larger institutions given I will be graduating in May? Is BB a stretch given my GPA, university, and internship experience?
