Late Recruit Fucked? CFA
Hey all. Very new to the WSO community and extremely happy with what I've learnt so far. Have worked in project management and development for my college career (internationally and domestically). I only recently started considering IB as a career of choice but have heard that Summer 2024 BB Analyst recruiting is practically over. Some have told me to delay my graduation and apply next cycle and some have told me to just start searching for full time analyst positions in MM or smaller boutiques (I find this unlikely to happen).
Looking for any opinions or advice to guide me.
