Lateraling After Summer Analyst Position
Curious how common it is to be a summer analyst at one bank (think upper-tier MM) and then transition to a higher tier bank (think mid-tier BB/EB) for the full-time offer. Is this even possible with enough networking or a super-strong internship experience?

Definitely possible and it's something that's been discussed a bunch (https://lmgtfy.com/?q=lateral+after+sa+wso). This cycle things may be pretty fucked though with COVID and some firms giving out automatic offers.
